It all starts when you wake up in the morning,
A good start is always an early start,
Take 10 minutes to re activate all body parts consciously,
All the while keeping a proper breathing pattern,
Once done, take time to bring you self out of bed,
Take it step by step and you will feel much more relax and ready to face a new day.
