Job Interview Tips

This posting has nothing to do on my current employment status. This is just a sharing with friends that are eagerly searching for new employment. The tips below doesnt refer to a specific type of interview (technical/behavioral) and can be applied to both

1. Start the interview with introduction. Usually you are asked to introduce your self, so don't worry on how to start this. Must make sure that you build your reputation and credential as you present your self to the interviewer(s). Must write down and memory how u want to introduce your self. Must be done in a confident manner and do not fumble on your words. This session is 2nd impression (first being your physical appreance)

2. Middle session of the interview will drill down to details. It is here you will be ask to share experience , your technical know how and overall attitude. So took this opportunity to focus on your strenghth. One golden rule though, if you dont know, please say so without beating round the bush. People can detect such menourve 2 miles away.

3. As you end your interview and when interviewer ask if you have anything else to ask/say. Simply stated that you feel that your are rightly suited for the job based on your experience and know how and woudl give your 101% if given the opportunity to server the company. For the record I used the exact words in all my interviews 10 years ago.(when I was looking for a job)
