In the late 90's, a Bandung based rock band that goes by the name of GIGI landed on our shores as part of a well crafted publicity campaign by its record's label and a new local radio station (Era)
Fronted by the charismatic Armand Maulana , it brings a unique pop rock sound that is heavily influenced by its master shredder Dewa Budjana.
GIGI single handedly pave the way for the Indon invasion.
